SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the USPS for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from Anita's Arts to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by flat rate shipping through the USPS  Postal Service.   After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Anita's Arts - Gifts & More wants you to be completely satisfied with your order.  We understand that things happen, so should you receive a product damaged or unusable, please contact us by email at anitasart@anitasarts-giftsandmore.com   We will send you back instructions on how to return your purchase.  If items are received damaged by shipping you must notify us immediately in order to get a complete refund or replacement item.  

 

Your purchase must be returned in new condition (UNUSED) with original packaging and accessories. Credit will be posted to your credit card account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.  We will not refund your money if you use any portion of your candle(s, tarts, soap(s, or other products you purchase from Anita's Arts - Gifts & More.
